Other key leadership roles I have held at 3M are Deployment Leader of ERP, General Manager of 3M Saudi Arabia and Poland, managing multi-million-dollar P & Ls, delivering measurable improvements in operational efficiency and customer satisfaction through business process engineering, supply chain management, and regulatory compliance.I have successfully led business turnaround and delivered complex change management initiatives resulting in tripled revenue, improved margins, and a performance-driven culture.
