About Michal Renc

With over six years of experience in human resources and order management, I am passionate about creating positive employee experiences, developing employer branding, and coordinating onboarding processes. I am currently a Human Resources Consultant at Solar Polska Sp. z o.o and also a cyclist / history enthusiast. In my current role, I am involved in various aspects of recruitment, from sourcing candidates to pre-onboarding and onboarding new hires. I also participate in employee experience projects, such as organizing company events and trainings, creating internal communication, and initiating and maintaining relationships with universities and charity organizations. Additionally, I support all managers and team leaders in company recruitment policies and other HR issues. I use my skills in HR Manager, LinkedIn, using PAPI & Logic questionnaires and HR knowledge to perform these tasks efficiently and effectively.
