About Michal Ruzicka

I have been working with people since 2007 and it is still the best thing to do for me. First I was in a project team and was able to help people to get better education and working opportunities. This helped me a lot - how to communicate, be effective and work in the team. Later I have decided to lead a team of people on various levels - I become a branch manager in a department store - this was a great experience and it has moved me further in my career. I have applied the know-how gained there in my career at Siemens where I was again leading a team of young people in the procurement business. Our customer satisfaction was always on a high level. I was also able to work abroad for several months (USA). Currently I work as an expert in supply chain management - working on some interesting projects to help our customer achieve their targets. It involves some IT skills, language ability (English & German) and project experience.
