About Michal Suster

My mission is to hunt for innovation and find new business opportunities for companies, analyze them, make stakeholders to believe in them (if viable) and realize their potential by leading dedicated team of alike enthusiasts. I am as well zealous about setting business strategy direction and business transformation with 7 years experience in Telecommunications with overlap to multiple other service sector industries as Information Technology, Online, Financial Services, Advertising. Just recently I was responsible for managing the team that have delivered first commercial implementation of NFC Mobile Wallet solution (based on TSM technology) in Slovakia capable of over the air procurement, activation and personalization of payment cards along with delivery of payment product in it. Currently I supervise multiple projects from financial and eCommerce segment and have project lead role for innovation stream of company's transformation program. I’m truly passionate about my work and always eager to get into new topic and find the opportunity in it. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, my favorite stage of a project is forming the product/service idea as it is usually the most creative part of the job. I am problem solver, able to apprehend complex environments/industries fast and find potential opportunities. I have technical and strong analytically skills allowing me to create or revise business calculations and understand technical implementation on the one hand and people management soft skills on the other hand enabling me to deliver. I have IT Management Master Degree and Computer Science Master Degree from Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia. I’m always looking for a new challenges since I believe that only steeping out of our comfort zones shape our lives and help us grow.
