I´m a Product Management pro and AGILE fan with several years of experience in creating, leading and motivating teams of highly skilled product managers as well as managing desktop, mobile, server, cloud/on-prem, web & AI/ML powered products appreciated by millions of users across the globe (B2C, B2B, B2G, B2B2B). I´m also a passionate representative of the user with a deep understanding of the business needs and technology challenges. When I´m not "wearing my Product Management hat" I like to try and adopt management 3.0 leadership practices and learn about modern hiring techniques to attract and get the best people. My decisions are based on data, however my motivation and dedication is fueled by my professional beliefs- I believe in software that is done for the users (everything else will come afterwards)- I believe in honesty of feedback (how else would you get better?)- I believe in the importance of the things we decide not to do - I believe in honesty, transparency and openness - I believe that also Free software can make money - I believe in my skills and my knowledge (you have to believe in yourself before others start believing in you)- I believe in my team and my colleagues (you may reach a lot as an individual, but as a group you will reach a lot more)- I believe in intrinsic motivation and dedication - I believe in the magical powers of coffee :)@work I´m a pragmatist and keep a "no sugarcoating" policy. I don´t work by business hours, I work by things that need to be done. I keep my tasks prioritized, my calendar organized and my table chaotic. I´m a good and convincing presenter if I believe in the things I present. I like interactions with people and negotiations. I dislike micro-management, bureaucracy, dishonesty and laziness. When I need to relax, I run, play squash, badminton, or work out in a gym.
