Hi as you already know, I am Michel Bracewell. Energetic Sr. UX \ UI Designer, and a Scrum Master with a 15 years experience with a background of extensive experience in Usability testing creating prototypes and design specifications for websites and applications, marketing, print, and product design. Exceptional collaborative and interpersonal skills; dynamic team player with well-developed written and verbal communication abilities. As a design thinking, Agile-focused product expert, I have extensive experience leading and managing design teams to develop cutting-edge tools and applications with a strong human-centered approach. Over my pass I've managed accessible, world-wide centered design projects with a business focus on stringent deadlines. I also have a competitive, technical skillset that includes product design, UX/UI design, web design, front-end web development, and I bring with me a vast amount of financial, industrial, and e-commerce experience. Software used (Adobe XD, Axure, Figma, Figma-for design + prototyping, FigJam- for whiteboarding, Sketch, InVision, Balsamiq, Zeplin). Experience working with teams in multiple software project methods such as Waterfall SDLC and Agile. Also served before as a scrum master. Intermediate skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript etc. Also 7+ experience with Visual Design, managing websites, and developing relational databases for collecting data.
