About Michel Petro

I am a skilled finance and accounting manager with 20+ years of professional experience across the government and private sector. Recognized for demonstrating a natural aptitude for accounting team management, as well as for spearheading innovative business consulting and public relations programs. Professional focal points also include strategic analysis, event management and fundraising, hospitality and real estate industry expertise, customer service, research initiatives, stakeholder relationships, and numerous facets of project and team leadership excellence. Delivering superior administration on the latter areas of expertise requires utilization of effective communication and negotiation skills, business acumen, systems analysis, and resource management to support efficiency and maximum results. Currently, I am the Accounting Team Lead with Globe Trotter Properties. Under my leadership, I supervise the Accounting department and its staff, and administer functions in association with payroll, month-end processes, and internal control. In addition, I liaise with senior leadership and departmental teams to ensure the company’s support structure is driving business forward with minimal expenditures. Since 2018, I have also served as Business Consultant & Public Relations Manager for Petro Logos Tours. For this role, I advise on business strategies that promote in-bound tourism to Israel and concentrate on expansion into new markets. Furthermore, I oversee a range of public relations functions and marketing campaigns. Colleagues describe me as a progressive, experienced, and detail-oriented finance, business, and real estate expert who can be relied on to offer superior solutions that consistently deliver positive results.
