Michel Straus has developed extensive knowlegde of and uses his skills acquired in the field of: i. corporate law: issues and matters with regard to companies and its internal and external affairs, stakeholders, shareholders and managing directors; ii. contract law: assessment, drafting, preparing and negotiating of commercial agreements, especially in the field of cooperation (in general), manufacturing processes and industrial services, resale of products/ services, inter-company affairs, and M&A and investments; litigation: disputes on corporate law issues and commercial issues. He especially uses his knowlege and competencies in the domain of: i. mergers & acquisitions, investments, joint-ventures and drafting and negotiating the documents related thereto; ii. corporate law issues, such as and in relation to structuring of companies, shareholders' relations, and management issues together with setting up documents pertaining thereto; contract law matters: drafting a variety of commercial agreements in relation to various industries, such as services, electronics, consumer products, chemical products, ICT; iv. and, if necessary, corporate litigation on aforesaid subjects. He is especially involved in various sectors of trade and industry, non profit, and services.
