About Michele Ableman

With 25 years of experience, I've been involved in nearly every aspect and sector of the Construction Industry, including Heavy Industrial, Electrical, Commercial General Contracting, Data Center / Mission Critical Facilities and Construction Management, as well as Public Works and Highway Road Construction. My experience has given me the opportunity to be hands on in a teaming environment; allowing me to setup and manage construction offices for multiple contractors. I've provided support for marketing efforts for alternative project delivery methods including design-build. I also had the opportunity of being the liaison for operations management and financials for an overseas Construction Management Company. This allowed me to travel to Asia and setup two offices, and bring continuity and better communication between both offices. During my profession, I've been involved with total Office Management, Payroll, Risk Management, Financials and Bonding. I have represented companies in Human Resources and have vast knowledge of the processes, and the involvement with many of the Puget Sound Local Unions.
