About Michele Andreoli

I’m passionate about innovation and about sustainability. I believe that change and improvements are achieved through the connection of people and with their empowerment with knowledge and education. I think that for the future is needed a vision and a development of the skills in many different areas to have a more vast view on the society, its problem and the possible solutions. For this reason, I would like to create for myself a position that unifies technical skills with communication and networking skills. Because of my vision, I decided to do a master that was adding management, economic and entrepreneurial knowledge to the technical one. Moreover, the master was in two countries different from mine giving me the opportunity to know different languages and culture. After this experience, I decided that I would like to work in an international environment. I am passionate about innovation and entrepreneurship and for this reason, I would like to work for a company that encourages to share ideas and that works on innovative projects. It is very valuable to me if the company has a co-creation method and the different workers feel part of the creation process. In the future I would also like to have a company of my own; therefore I usually keep an eye on the last technologies and news and I monitor the events for startups.
