About Michele Basile

Having gathered more than hours of management experience in several industrial projects, at all typical stages (Feasibility, BED, FEED, EPC) and in different fields, I have gained a good command of the tools and skills required to effectively manage project work and teams in complex jobs, and to successfully deal with contract risks and issues. In my career I have often contributed to the development of new organizational assets or to the improvement of the existing ones, thanks to a long and fruitful interaction with Project Control / Quality / IT Departments. On account of this I offer services of both Project Management and Organizational Project Management, helping companies (especially companies operating in the green business and engineering companies), which are in the process of scaling up to larger jobs, to reach the required level of organization and acquire the appropriate “toolkit”. Moreover as a certified Project Management Professional with an Executive Master in Project Management I have the necessary theoretical knowledge to provide sound Project Management Training. From this point of view I can provide quite a unique approach, linking the theory to the peculiar facets and situations of real world projects to an extreme extent, in a way, which is unlikely found in the resources commonly available on the marketplace.
