About Michele Berto

Working for Capgemini since 2016 as a Manager in the Insurance market for the Generali Business Solutions (GBS) and Allianz customers. Former in HP, I covered several roles like Project/Program Manager, Client Principal, Application Service Executive, Application Delivery Manager, increasing my responsibilities thanks to my commitment on results, although in a context of frequent internal reorganizations and in a decreasing market trend. I dealt mainly with Financial customers like Unicredit, Generali, SEC Servizi, BPVi, Fiditalia covering the North-East of Italy regions with the responsibility of the whole application development projects on these customers. From November 2014 I have covered an HP EMEA internal role like Application Delivery South Cluster Manager for Italy North with the end-to-end responsibility on all the HP application development projects and leading a team of 40 resources with vertical skills on Microsoft.Net e Java/j2ee. In parallel I have also managed as supervisor about 250 external resources that supported HP on the application development projects. I have also gained strong skills on supplier management, procurement processes with contracts KPI and SLA based.
