About Michele Bosch

Michele is an experienced sales and hospitality professional. She grew up in Pennsylvania and attended Penn State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management. Upon graduation, she moved to Orlando to begin her career in the hospitality industry. After working in management for various hotels, Michele landed at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin. She began her time there in catering, and soon became a Catering/Conference Services Manager. After two years, Michele moved into the Sales department and eventually became a Director in the department. She was with the Swan and Dolphin for 8 years. In 2008 Michele and her husband, Raul, opened Foodie Catering in downtown Orlando. As co-owner, Michele works with clients and manages the sales and marketing side of the business while her husband is the Executive Chef and co-owner. Michele is also committed to helping the Parramore community where Foodie Catering is located. She serves on the board for The Desire Foundation who's primary mission is to provide fresh food and resources to the residents and homeless in the community.
