About Michele Burton

I’m an experienced Studio Manager specializing in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) engineering, with a strong track record of delivering coordinated, efficient, and on-schedule building systems for a wide range of commercial projects. In my role, I serve as the central hub of communication between our engineering team, architects, contractors, and clients—translating technical requirements into actionable plans. From pre-construction through project closeout, I manage timelines, track submittals, lead coordination meetings, and respond quickly and accurately to RFIs and design changes. I also lead an internal team of designers and drafters and am responsible for mentoring, providing technical guidance and overseeing schedules to ensure the work our studio produces is timely and accurate. With experience in AutoCAD, HVAC systems, Electrical Systems, Plumbing Systems and CAD drafting, I bring both technical and practical insight to every decision. I’m adept at reviewing drawings and specifications, resolving conflicts in the field, and keeping a sharp eye on both quality and cost. I hold an Associate of Science degree in CAD Design Technology which instilled in me pride in producing neat, professional design documents. Whether managing tight deadlines, navigating shifting project priorities, or solving problems on the fly, I thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments where clear communication and dependable execution matter most.
