I’m a Pharmaceutical and Medical Biotechnologist and I supported and passed the State Examination for the Professional Qualification to practice as a Biologist (Sect. A) at the University of Naples "Federico II"(Italy). After the first level Degree in Medical Biotechnologist (96/110), I received my Laurea Magistrale, the second level Degree, in Pharmaceutical Biotechnologist (110/110) following an hard and exhaustive job of Experimental Thesis of 19 months that allowed me to learn and practice the techniques of Design, Synthesis, Development, Evaluation and Evolution of compound intercalating the DNA with Pharmacological and Biological Activities as an Antineoplastic and Antiproliferative. This was an excellent experience in organic synthesis and basic knowledge of inorganic synthesis techniques. I learned and practiced the analytical techniques like titrations, spectroscopy, chromatography and the separation techniques like TLC, column chromatography, extraction, distillation, crystallization. In my work I have synthesized Alkylamino and Lysin derivatives of 5H-Pyrido-Phenoxazin-one Carboxylate, a heterocyclic molecule with antineoplastic and antiploriferative activities, in order to be able to assess aspects biologically relevant and increase the yields of reactions using an innovative method of synthesis that uses the microwaves. In addition, having worked in a Private Laboratory of Clinical Analysis, I’m able to perform Analysis of Whole Blood and Serum, Urine and Stool as well as Microbiological and Cytological Microscopy Analysis. Recently, I worked as a Technician in Quality Control checking both the finished product that the whole production lines of tomato, peeled and chopped, in Food Canning Factories, with detailed compilation of the relating Product and Process Reporting.
