About Michele Cole

Great people power great organizations and I love giving non-profit boards and executive teams the tools they need to change the world. My passion for practical and people-focused processes and decision making have given me a breadth of experiences throughout my career. From helping a multi-national civil engineering firm build up its business operations, to joining a start-up consulting firm helping member-based associations, unions, and advocacy organizations manage relationships, to overseeing operations for a national non-profit. The unifying thread has always been helping organizations make difficult decisions and supporting teams through change. I provide experienced strategic advice to boards of directors, c-suite leadership, and senior decision makers to help them make complex choices, set bold new direction, and implement change through their organizations. I have advised large complex corporations, innovative start-ups, and over the past decade focused on bringing this corporate experience to non-profits to help these mission-driven organizations reach their potential.
