As an experienced HR Manager, I have over 14 years of experience in managing office and human resources operations. I have a strong background in administration, compensation and benefits, and recruiting. I am currently working as a Business Office & Human Resources Manager at The Keene Sentinel, where I oversee the daily operations of the office and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. I also manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. In my previous role as an Office & Human Resources Manager at Appraisals2U, I was responsible for managing the office staff, coordinating training programs, and implementing employee engagement initiatives. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of New Hampshire, which has helped me develop strong communication and writing skills. I am passionate about creating a positive and productive work environment for all employees, and I am always looking for ways to improve processes and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.
