Michele Docharty is an independent director currently serving on 3 boards: Neuberger Berman, HYPR - The Passwordless Company, and Home Plate Acquisition Corporation. Michele spent almost 32 years at Goldman Sachs, including the last 10 years as a partner. She has a long history of leadership in financial services with extensive experience running businesses regionally as well as globally. She brings a robust history of building high-performing teams and driving significant commercial impact. Throughout her tenure, Michele has held leadership roles impacting strategic planning, marketing, sales, communication, client strategy, and human resources. She was a consistent and active proponent of diversity and inclusion efforts across the firm, serving on multiple internal committees and acting as a mentor and coach to emerging talent. Michele is a member of the advisory board for Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business and has been continually recognized among the most powerful and influential Latina leaders by the Association of Latino Professionals for America.
