About Michele Dowling

Building on over 20 years of working across public sector bodies, I currently support operational teams in Community Health Services to use Quality Improvement methodology to improve their services. This role draws on my previous work as a manager in both operational and strategic services. A member of the Senior Management team, I also support transformation and development projects across the Directorate. While based in Milton Keynes, I link closely with the (London based) Trust QI team, ensuring a platform for the teams I work with, and keeping my skills and knowledge up to date. Since starting with the CHS team I have supported teams with a range of small and large scale projects, resulting in local and national recognition. Increasingly projects are moving beyond one organisation and I am working with a number of teams who are using QI as part of partnership work to improve services across MK.
