About Michele Glawe

Mission-Focused Leader building positive, productive relationships at every level of an organization to drive change and transformation. As Senior Director of Assessment Innovation Initiatives at Educational Testing Service, I guided cross-functional teams to deconstruct challenging, labor-intensive projects and drive efficiency improvements that benefit the entire organization. We leveraged artificial intelligence (AI) exploration, robotic process automation (RPA), training facilitation, and next-generation development programs to modernize the operating model, infrastructure, and business process. My teams led a culture change focused on new capabilities to accelerate change and growth, such as utilizing Agile methodology to implement projects and cultivating a collaborative mindset to share ideas as champions of change. I led a technology project that transitioned legacy data formats to industry-standard XML data formats transforming hundreds of thousands test questions and co-led the modernization of our global English as a Foreign Language program. My ability to build positive, productive relationships across the organization is one of my strongest assets in managing complex projects. When venturing into entirely new terrain, my success is a result of figuring out how to learn what I need to know, connecting with right people, and building trust.
