Background

About Michele Gregg

I am a facilities and engineering leader with more than 20 years of experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, corporate, and multi-site environments. My career has focused on building reliable, efficient, and sustainable facilities operations that directly support business performance. Currently, I lead facilities, maintenance, and engineering operations at a 24/7 pharmaceutical manufacturing site, where I oversee $10M+ in capital planning, manage complex vendor and contractor ecosystems, and serve as a member of the site leadership team. I also serve as the Midwest Regional Sustainability Lead, partnering with corporate teams to advance ESG, energy, and environmental initiatives. Known for: • Leading large capital and infrastructure programs • Managing mission-critical operations with zero tolerance for downtime • Translating facilities strategy into measurable cost, energy, and reliability gains • Building strong, accountable teams and vendor partnerships I enjoy roles where facilities and engineering are treated as strategic business enablers, not just support functions.
