About Michele Guccerelli

In 2002 I started working as export area manager for the Carpigiani Group, world leader in the production of Gelato, soft-ice cream and pastry machines. During the 17 years spent in Carpigiani I had the great chance to work in all different brands of the Group, each of which required a different type of approach due to the diversity of internal organization, products, markets and customers. I had the opportunity to meet and work with very professional and prepared managers. Carpigiani was a great school, humble and devoted to excellence, a breeding ground of talents. I learned to work in a team with all the key functions of the company such as R&D, technical office, training and events and quality customer service. During my experience I have built new distributors network and managed existing and historical ones. I have also acquired skills with Key Accounts handling business with big international chains such as McDonald's, Burger King, Yum! Brands and Ikea. I am used to work driven by the achievement of the set objectives, in very demanding and challenging environments. Since 2019 I have assumed the role of sales director of Oem Ali Group - Your Pizza Hub. Company part of Ali Group, specilized in the manufacturing of equipment for Pizza preparation and baking.
