I am a digital product analyst with over 30 years of progressive experience in the healthcare industry, and a bachelor's degree in business administration and an MBA with a project management focus from Lakeland University. My varied roles have helped shape a unique blend of administrative, communication, content management and product operations. As a digital product analyst with the product team at Mayo Clinic, I focus on efficient ongoing operational support for MVPs, pilots, proof of concepts, highly mature products and product teams. I am a key contributor to the successful launch and adoption of current and new digital products and features. I support the product team by creating and executing effective communication, training and knowledge materials for internal and external stakeholders, as well as providing incident management and resolution support.
