About Michele Heiser

As a Senior Accounting Manager currently employed for 23 years with a publicly traded company in the industry of reselling goods and services and manufacturing, my current role is primary concentrated in Finance/Accounting with management expertise in a mid-level position. My key attributes are being self-motivated, detail-oriented, time-orientated, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The key to any company's success is teamwork and communication. It begins with leadership at the management level. As a manager I possess key elements such as integrity, great communication skills, loyalty, managerial competence, and empowerment. My manager qualities have enabled me to oversee the implementation of two software products. With teamwork and dedication from contractors, IT support, and staff, both software products were implemented successfully. I created end user guides and trained users on the new software products. My accounting knowledge consists of financial reporting, month end close process, budgeting, forecasting, working capital, revenue accruals, management, analysis, collections, and sales taxes. Besides my accounting expertise, my computer skills consist of ERP system (Oracle), Hyperion Planning, SAP Business Objects, Word, Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, macros, if-then formulas), Teams, Access, Powerpoint, Vertex, and DNB.
