About Michele James

As an educational consultant, I help schools and districts implement online learning solutions that enhance their MTSS practice and improve student outcomes. With over 25 years of experience in elementary education, I have a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the field, and I leverage my skills in e-learning, communication, and presentation to deliver effective and engaging training and support to clients. In addition to my consulting role, I am a student teaching supervisor at DeSales University, where I oversee and mentor undergraduate students during their field experience. I hold a K-12 principal certification and a reading specialist K-12 certification, and I am passionate about developing and supporting the next generation of teachers. I enjoy collaborating with other educators and experts, and contributing to the innovation and improvement of education.
