Enjoying the fast-paced ever-changing environment of a global advertising agency, I excelled at building and shaping a world-class design studio at W+K where I was known for being an approachable, empathetic leader with an enviable department culture and value to the agency. This success, garnered my appointment of Director of Project Management to evolve and grow this discipline into a high-functioning department.
