About Michele Lyall

I am the youngest of five children. Also married with 3 adult children and blessed with two grandchildren. My journey of discovery was client led and started in 1984 whilst living in London and working in a domestic violent unit. I was humbled to have observed the tenacity of women, whilst they struggled for gender equality and growth from their self defeating patterns. This influenced me to explore, more deeply, the effects of society on the psyches. I achieved a European Advanced Diploma in Humanistic Counselling and then a Bsc Hons Degree in Therapeutic Intervention for Addiction, leading to a diploma in managment CIM. I have a small private practice, and the ethos is to offer a space guided by the notion that we contain the answers to our inner struggle. Currently I am a practice manager in an addictions service; I believe all counseling skills are transferable to empowering people, and developing more equal relationships, therefore leading to a more genuinely democratic society. Specialties: I have the ability to maximise talent and engage individuals and teams, empowering others by positive leadership in order to achieve better business results through people.
