I am a product analyst with extensive experience in highly regulated industries. I have managed products at the enterprise level and customer facing solutions that are highly customized. I do this as the key link between the business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that the deliverables meet the needs of the business. My strength is in evaluating the needs of the business to build a plan for a solution that enables the desired outcomes. I look at the challenges with a holistic approach of the business and apply my insights gained from prior customer-facing capacities. As a result, I can identify, design, and improve the products and processes that best serve the organizational priorities. I also partner with IT to find ways to implement automations in these processes to streamline and standardize the operations. I am always open to expanding my network.
