About Michele McGee

I have been in customer service since the age of 16 starting in the grocery store setting with my first job. I came to the insurance realm via the healthcare insurance with humana and then I went to Blue Cross Blue Shield to work in my early career. I also worked for GE Answer Center for 3 yrs before going back to the healthcare field. I stayed in the healthcare field for 10 years before embarking on the personal insurance field with home, auto and some life information. I have been in customer service all of this time and have been a team leader and a supervisor during my times in different settings. I am currently working for liberty in a different setting in the call center enviroment. I am learning the ways of the call center and the different areas of thus enviroment so that I can find the perfect fit for myself. I am a people person and whether it is over the phone or face to face, I make it my job to make sure that a customer feels valued and helped.
