About Michele Moore
One of the best decisions I ever made was taking 15 minutes to sit at my desk and look up 'full-time outdoor jobs'. When I turned 26 I decided to move 1,900 miles cross country from Colorado to Massachusetts because all my life people told me to do what 'makes me happy', and one of the things that makes me happy is being outside and making getting outdoors in nature accessible to others. Sometimes when you have a gut feeling you have to pursue it, and for me pursuing that gut feeling to move was correct. I found a passion for providing experiential and outdoor education to children from all across New England. For three years I've gotten to explore how to develop engaging curriculum based on environment stewardship, STEM, and community building.
