About Michele Morlang

I am a people-person who loves to meet and speak with new people on a daily basis. I have spent about 4 years in nurse recruitment. I find the job fulfilling in being able to create the perfect match for a RN, LVN/LPN or CNA with a hospital or skilled nursing facility. I am always happy to hear that a candidate that I have worked with has been hired. I love the challenge of the job of speaking with a nurse and finding the right fit for them. I love speaking with a client and finding the purple squirrel. A resume is a first impression a recruiter sees of you. If you have a bad or incomplete resume, but can be a rockstar nurse, you might not get that call. Part of our strategy is to review resumes and give advice on how to better present the first form of communication with a potential new employer. We use multiple job board for recruiting: GlassDoor, Indeed and CareerBuilder, plus the Social Media: Facebook, Instagram and SnapChat. We also have the use of our clients ATS. When I am not working I am spending my time playing with my dogs. My dogs and I compete in agility and lure coursing. I take them to the beach as much as possible. I am also an avid soccer fan (Go Galaxy!)
