Design Collaborative is a professional interior design firm that was established in 1991 by Michele Murfin, NCIDQ. Over firm consists of a multifaceted team of individuals with broad experience in the hospitality, commercial and residential markets throughout the United States and abroad. Our designs encompass a vast array of styles to satisfy our diverse clientele. It is our intension to create hospitality, working and living environments that express the people that inhabit them by understanding the style, desires and limitations of each individual project. Our team engages in full scale development of each project in collaboration with the client, architect and entire design team from the planning stages to furniture installation. Our goal is to create a design program for the client that will best suit their style, budget and time frame. We seek to find practical yet interesting solutions to all design challenges by using a select group of consultants, artisans and sub contractors chosen specifically for each unique project. With our dynamic attention to detail we are able to incorporate our knowledge of lighting, custom millwork and product resources to accommodate all styles of design and we hold the highest standards for both our design and the quality of construction. We are selective of the projects we undertake to allow dedication of our full attention to our client’s needs.
