My standards are high; during my career progression, spanning over 30 years in the fashion industry, I have immersed myself in the detail of every sector from finance to marketing, design to production, mentoring individuals to achieve their full potential. My understanding of all areas has allowed me, as a manager, to see the big picture, spot opportunities, simplify processes and drive home results. I have excellent sales and negotiation skills always viewing business from the customer’s perspective; I get the most satisfaction closing a deal knowing all parties are happy. My high levels of energy and enthusiasm ensure I continuously promote improvement across all areas of the business with the commitment to see a job completed to the highest standard possible.
