As a passionate, creative, and enthusiastic instructional designer, I craft learning experiences that are engaging, meaningful, and directly applicable to real-world needs. Collaboration energizes me—I thrive in team settings, welcome change with optimism, and view challenges as opportunities for innovation. I’m fluent in tools like Articulate 360, Rise, Captivate, Camtasia, and a wide range of LMS platforms, and I apply the ADDIE model to build both e-learning and in-person learning programs that seamlessly integrate Adult Learning Theory and the latest educational technologies. My instructional designs are grounded in Bloom’s Taxonomy, ADDIE, and the work of experts like Ruth Clark and Robert Gagné. I love bringing learning to life through immersive activities such as case studies, interactive scenarios, and choose-your-own-adventure-style assessments that promote engagement and retention.
