About Michele Pytko

I am an Executive Marketing Leader with 20 years of experience building such iconic brands as Reebok, Sperry and Nulo Pet Foods. In my most significant role, I helped grow Sperry from ~$50M to $550M. In my most treasured role, I founded, self-funded and launched a white glove pet services business in the Boston suburbs, which quickly grew to $2M in lifetime sales and won numerous “Best of” awards. In my most recent role, I brought structure and a nouvelle look at retail marketing, with the development of the brand’s first ever Retail Marketing Playbook, which clearly defined marketing strategy and support of Neighborhood Pet Stores. I have a proven track record of brand building, retail/wholesale marketing, performance marketing, team leadership and mentoring. My experience includes Pet Food, Sports, Footwear, Apparel and sunglasses. Much of this experience was in full time capacities but I also have done fractional/consulting work for Sony Music, Costa, Saucony, and Sperry. I am passionate about my family, my two beautiful boxers, sports and fitness, DIY home improvement and doing anything outdoors. My top skills are retail marketing, experiential marketing, sports marketing, brand marketing, team leadership, mentoring and brand building.
