About Michele Redmon

I am writing my summary to express my experience as Senior Operations/Marketing, as advertised on LinkedIn with a strong background in client training, relationship management, and digital content development, I am excited about the opportunity to contribute to your team and help drive success in this dynamic industry. In my previous role, I served as the face of the company, spearheading training sessions for new clients and nurturing existing relationships. Leveraging the L'Oréal digital content global server portal, I ensured that clients received comprehensive training tailored to their needs, enabling them to make the most of our products and services. My experience also includes coordinating sales, placing orders, client relations, and training efforts, bridging the gap between warehouse operations and the sales team to facilitate seamless communication and execution. Additionally, I have a proven track record of developing engaging digital content using platforms such as Canva, MS PowerPoint, and Google Workspace, enhancing client engagement and driving business growth. Thank you for considering my application. I am looking forward to the opportunity to discuss how my background, skills, and enthusiasm align.
