About Michele Sambo

New technologies and sciences have always fascinated me pushing me to choose studies that allow me to approach and experience this world. My career as a freelancer began, almost as a joke, after my studies. I focused on dealing consultancy and training classes on the first 3D CAD platoforms that, thanks to their rapid evolution, rapidly increase my business. I worked for manufacturing companies and training centers developing my technical, commercial and customer management skills. The constant collaboration with SolidWorks resellers and the ever-present search for new stimuli and challenges, allowed me in 2012 to become part of the Nuovamacut group, first as Technical Manager of the North East area, then, thanks to the experience gained under the managerial profile and the results achieved, as Technical Delivery Manager for the entire Nuovamacut company. In the current position my goal is to build a dynamic and performing team, to get the best from all the people in the team, constantly improving the quality and scalability of the services provided to customers. Collaboration with top management, sales team, human resources and marketing team represents a healthy daily challenge to build effective strategies to distinguish the Company and our services in the market. Passionate, determined, open minded and positive thinking, able to dialogue and listen, to manage and guide changes, collaborative, focused on objectives, enterprising, concrete, curious are characteristics that well describe my personality.
