During my formative years, I’ve developed into an enthusiastic, creative, self-motivated and all-around employee. Over the last two years, I've worked for some of the main automotive brands, so getting a professional knowledge in the automotive and financial services market. As caring and emphatic individual, I learned as work in team evolving organizational and communication skills on customer service (customer satisfaction, CRM/B2B),aftersales, re-marketing and financial services. In order to increase customer loyalty and to build up strong relationship with different stakeholder’s profile, the main duties have been focused on account management, Sales, business analysis, budget tracking & forecasting, planning and brand management activities. An open minded and collaborative employee interested on strategies and processes aimed to business development.
