As a Magistrate and Mentor with almost 20 years of bench experience I have a deep understanding of overcoming challenges and diverse needs, with considerable experience of working with all sectors of society, from clients with no educational skills to adjudicating with High Court Judges, and everything in between in, on criminal and private prosecution matters. I easily absorb vast sources of information, digesting relevant data and utilizing it in the fairest and most practical way, whether working in a team, or as a team leader or on my own.An accomplished communicator, ensuring complex information is not only communicated, but understood by all parties, I frequently speak to primary and secondary school student and have been part of the National mock trial competition for the last 12 years. I also annually present to the criminology student at the University of Wolverhampton. I'm organized and dependable with a willingness to take on added responsibilities to meet team goals.As the Chief Financial Officer for Xplic8 Limited further experience was gained in finance and accounting as well as knowledge of IT and data input systems, including MS Excel, MS Office, Word, PowerPoint, Quickbooks and Sage.
