Background

About Micheline Kuehn

Food, people, and ideas. Each is intriguing, timeless, and always new. I bring these three things together to connect humanity, solve problems, innovate, and improve our world. Early in my career, I worked with individuals and small groups to improve their health and change behavior. More recently, I've crusaded for better policies and change in systems that aren't effectively meeting public needs, especially around access to food and other essentials, like healthcare, housing, and transportation. Whether supporting the good of one or many, I use evidence-based approaches to innovate, inspire, and induce change. I am most energized when working across domains of individuals, environments, and policy, as it allows me to evaluate upstream interventions, reassess needs, and discover unexpected outcomes. As a leader in the non-profit space, I champion continuous learning, perpetual process improvement, and take a collaborative approach to projects and problem solving. I hire talented individuals who exhibit potential and I actively mentor them as future leaders. Most importantly, I center the people we're serving in all aspects of the work at all times. When I am not at work, I'm still fascinated by food, people, and ideas. You'll either find me at home, connecting with my family (including dogs, ducks, and chickens), or meeting up with friends to talk about art, events, and everything Fort Worth.I love connecting with people, so feel free reach out and send me a message!
