About Michelle A.

Ola and Kumusta!I’m the Founder of Outsourcing Crew, an offshore boutique staffing agency that’s shaking up the outsourcing industry because, in an industry with some shady trees, traditional outsourcing models are filled of underpaid workers and zero support. Not here. We always do what’s right for our clients and our crew.I built this company because I saw what ethical outsourcing could look like business owners getting the right support, and remote staff in the Philippines actually thriving (instead of just surviving). Well, also I know from experience what opportunity can look like for someone like me.We don’t just match you with a Virtual Assistant and say,"Good luck!" We source, train, and fully support them so they stick around, grow with your business, and actually make your life easier.A few things that set us apart: Thriving pay, always on time. No sketchy underpayments Career growth & training. Because a great VA shouldn’t just “stay great” they should get even better. An actual support system. Our team gets access to the right tools, resources, and even a physical office when needed. For business owners? We handle recruitment, training, payroll, and HR you just get a fully supported, high-performing VA. We provide VPNs, licensed tools, and team engagement We make outsourcing ethical, smooth, and stress-free, the way it should be.A bit about me, I was born and raised in Manila, lived in Dubai and New Zealand, and now call Australia home. Spent 20 years in Construction and Telecommunications, working with everyone from small businesses to ASX-listed companies. People say I’m a no-BS, get-it-done kind of person.(They’re right.)Also, fun fact? I left a stable career to start this business so I really need to make this work, lol!So, if you’re sick of drowning in admin and want to scale without adding more hours to your workweek, let’s chat.
