Background

About Michelle Archanjo

I am an office manager at Well Grounded Real Estate, a company that owns and operates a portfolio of multi-residential and retail properties throughout Southern Ontario. I have two bachelor's degrees in education and environmental studies from York University, which equip me with the knowledge and skills to manage projects, communicate effectively, and promote environmental awareness. My core competencies include communication, organization skills, and problem-solving. In my current role, I am responsible for scheduling meetings, managing project deadlines, corresponding with third-party vendors and team members, and streamlining administrative procedures and office communication. I work with a diverse and collaborative team of real estate agents, designers, contractors, and clients, and I contribute to the smooth and successful operation of the company. I am motivated by the company's vision of creating sustainable and affordable housing solutions for the community, and I bring a unique perspective and experience from my previous work as a program coordinator and administrator at Word-Play, a non-profit organization that promotes literacy and social skills among children as well as my background in environmental education.
