About Michelle Bailey

I am a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. I hold a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Previously, I worked as a Talent Acquisition Workday Senior Specialist at RSM US LLP, where I was responsible for implementing Workday, conducting testing, and creating technical and business documentation. Additionally, I worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator at RSM US LLP, managing end-to-end recruitment processes and leading a team of recruiters and coordinators. I am proficient in managing candidate data and compliance with data privacy regulations and have developed and delivered comprehensive training programs for talent acquisition coordinators. In addition to professional experience, I also served in the Illinois Army National Guard as a Signal Support Systems Specialist. I was awarded the 2015 Soldier of the Year in the Battalion and supervised, assembled, and repaired mobile communications equipment. I have also been an active volunteer with Dallas Pets Alive, serving as a Feline Rescue Assistant Director & Foster and Volunteer Coordinator.
