I've been in sales for most of my career. Thankfully, the role of sales person has evolved from pushy sales tactics to a position of partnership where I can truly work alongside my customers to understand their business challenges and work to solve them together. It's an exciting time to be a part of the tech industry where I can see the value that Ricoh's products and services provide to our customers. I help my customers identify business initiatives to protect their data and improve their day-to-day business by increasing their ability to improve their customer's experience with forward-thinking technology. These investments in technology help my customers save time and money - who doesn't want a few extra pennies in their pocket and a few extra minutes in this fast-paced world we live in? I value human connection and genuine relationships. I especially appreciate when those relationships are also business relationships. I value learning and ever-growing. I am in a constant state of learning, from podcasts to reading to training sessions at work to formal education to life lessons. I want to learn, understand, empathize, and create change where need be. I value To Do lists - the ones that let me strike-through or check-off! I value teamwork. I played soccer competitively for many years and have the broken knees to prove it. And when my daughter began to love the sport as much as I did, I started coaching her competitive team. I believe in the power of sport to form friendships, identify goals and work hard to achieve them together. So many of the skills I learned through sport translate to my professional life.
