About Michelle Bambeck

As an Acute Care Registered Nurse of I have developed a set of skills throughout my career progression, transitioning from a Staff Nurse to a Travel Nurse and currently serving as a Nursing Instructor for first-year nursing students. These skills encompass a wide range of clinical expertise, teaching abilities, and adaptability to different healthcare settings. By combining these diverse skills acquired throughout my career, I am excited to provide quality care, mentor future nurses, and contribute to the advancement of the nursing profession. I transitioned to a non-bedside position out of a desire to improve the working conditions for nurses and the care environment for patients. As Nelson Mandela says "Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world." There is nothing that renews my passion for nursing as seeing a student nurse realize the power they have to impact patients, colleagues, administration and the healthcare environment.
