Often depending on small budgets, I work to create meaningful partnerships and utilize grass-roots initiatives. I enjoy the challenge that working with nonprofits and small businesses brings to the creative process and have always achieved top-line growth through my efforts. I perform best when given the organizations’ objective and the freedom to help achieve it through sales and marketing efforts. As a natural planner, I am rarely caught off-guard or unprepared, which provides the organization I work for a seamless external facade and the ability to still achieve the goal at hand. Organization is my love language, but that doesn't mean it has to be yours. I enjoy putting together processes and structuring internal resources in a way that makes them easily accessible when needed, as well as transparent to anyone in the organization. I'll make sure each piece of marketing collateral, every tactic and strategy, is fully thought through to ensure all aspects are consistent with the brand, messaging and goal.
