I am a passionate property professional with extensive experience in retail, commercial, residential, rural, remote field station and Crown Lands property management. I have a comprehensive understanding of commercial and legal aspects of lease and general property transactions (including but not limited to knowledge of general lease registration principles, Retail Leases Act, Residential Tenancies Act and Real Property Act). I have extensive experience in effecting and managing property transactions from inception to completion for leasing, easements, acquisitions and disposal of land.
