I am passionate about Bids and Tenders within an organisation and understand the importance of leveraging market intelligence to maximise opportunities. I am driven by the creation of unity and purpose between Bids, Sales, Marketing and Business Development. A highly organised and detail oriented Senior Bid-Manager with excellent writing/proofing skills and solid business and commercial awareness. Adept at developing innovative, engaging and creative content to strengthen bid submissions, research prospects and develop bid strategies. I am a confident, open communicator used to working to tight deadlines and have a sound knowledge of Tech, Property, Facilities, Media, Education and Finance sectors. I am a motivated self-starter used to managing a pipeline of PQQ’s/bids from initial opportunity to final submission. Prior to moving into Bid Management, I worked in London for 20+ years as an Executive Assistant to Corporate business leaders within Conran, Kingfisher, H.W.Fisher, TP Bennett, Ingenious Media, Time Magazine, American Express, Prudential Health and Derwent London whilst simultaneously enjoying a semi-professional music career as an artist/songwriter. I feel that this experience has given me the unique privilege of seeing how businesses run from a Senior level and shaped how I approach difficulties with a creative, positive and enquiring mind. I am never afraid to challenge the status quo and I am constantly looking out for ways to improve efficiency, process and knowledge across the board. I can remain focussed whilst always keeping an eye on the bigger picture.
