About Michelle Bellamy

I'm a strategist at heart, a builder by nature, and a relentless problem solver who thrives in complexity. With over 27 years of experience spanning technology, education, and administration, I bring a systems-level perspective to everything I do—always looking for the levers that create efficiency, drive transformation, and unlock long-term impact. I specialize in project and information technology management, with deep experience in contract management, fund and asset oversight, revenue recognition, and business process optimization. I’m energized by high-stakes environments that demand agility, innovation, and vision—and I’m known for stepping into ambiguity and delivering structure, results, and momentum. I lead with a servant mindset, always working to elevate others while driving strategic change. I take smart risks, I move fast, and I never lose sight of the people behind the process. Whether I’m modernizing operations, guiding teams through digital transformation, or coaching emerging leaders, my goal is to solve the right problems, the right way. I’m a proud UTD alumna, born and raised in Texas, and inspired daily by my husband and our three amazing kids. Outside of work, you’ll find me running, hiking with my two German Shepherds, playing guitar, or building something out of wood just for the challenge of it.
