About Michelle Beveridge

A chairperson, committee & board member and CIO & COO with noteworthy experience in the superannuation, technology, travel and education industries. A collegiate director who is agile, pragmatic, curious and with a bias for action, I bring to boards digital insight to grow an organisation through transformation focused on customer engagement, optimising work systems and achieving purpose and profit. My contribution to audit and risk is a strong understanding of governance, financial KPI's, and technology & cybersecurity risks. Board level highlights include: Deputy Board Chair and Chair of Membership and Business Development Committee with REI Superannuation Fund Ltd, Independent Director and Chair of Audit and Risk Committee with Vernet Pty Ltd and founding Advisory Board Member with CIONET (Aust). In an executive capacity as Chief Information Officer and Chief Operating Officer in diverse industries, I have designed, implemented and sustained digital strategies that contributed to double digit growth and EBITDA improvements, and provided leadership to diverse international teams. I have a Bachelor of Business, a Master of Business Administration (Exec) and have completed the AICD’s Company Directors Course. I am a Fellow of both CPA Australia and the Australian Computer Society and was proud to be listed in the Australian CIO50 as one of the top Chief Information Officers in 2016 and 2018.
